• Maintains a safe and secure work environment, including correcting unsafe acts/conditions

• Responsible for external contract filling as well as technological support of the filling plants
• Evaluation and selection of fillers with regard to product requirements, technical and technological requirements as well as production safety and quality management requirements
• Technical support and oversite of copacker
• Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments and progress
• Utilizes industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitors progress and adjusts as needed
• Measures project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Manages the relationship with clients and all stakeholders
• Performs risk management to minimize project risks
• contract management
• Technical support and control of copacker
• Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
• Meets with clients to take detailed information and clarify specific requirements
• Maintains a safe and secure work environment, including correcting unsafe acts/conditions
• Establishes and maintains an employee relations climate of trust and confidence, promoting achievement of plant objectives
• Prepares and coordinates internal communications 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR TO JOIN OUR FAMILY?

• 3+ years of project management and manufacturing management experience
• experience in one of the following fields: beverage or packaging preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills required
• SAP experience
• 2+ years of customer interfacing experience

The employee is required to have visual acuity to perform an activity such as operate production machines where the seeing job is at or within arm’s reach

• Must wear appropriate safety glasses, hearing protection, clothing, and footwear in appropriate areas and follow safety practices
