YOUR ROLE IN THE FAMILY:

• Places purchase orders and prepares procurement reports
• Liaisons with delivery and warehouse teams ensuring good are received on time
• Monitors inventory and writes orders to refill stock · Inspects purchased products upon delivery and reports any issues
• Updates all records of purchased products
• Writes reports on purchases made and performs cost analyses
• Validates and updates all system data as master data, prices, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Uses Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) in preparing reports and communications
• Works in a cross functional team · Monitors progress in close alignment with line manager and adjusts as needed
• Maintains a safe and secure work environment, including correcting unsafe acts/conditions

• Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent first work experience of supply chain management, logistics or business administration
• Ability to prioritize tasks and possess time-management skills
