YOUR ROLE IN THE FAMILY:

• Executes server operating systems maintenance like Windows updates.  
• Creates knowledge-based articles for the Internal Knowledgebase.        
• Manages local and international projects from an IT point of view.
• Analyzes and resolves system problems to maintain operations by determining the root cause
•  Handles client identity management for various devices such as PC/Notebook, handheld scanners, cellphones, etc.        
• Provide resolutions for any hardware and software related inquires
•  Troubleshoots potential network issues on the first level.
•   Ensures central IT processes are utilized as defined.
•  Knowledge of Windows Server operating system, server hardware, and networking protocols including TCP/IP network environments.
•  Knowledge of Microsoft Services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
•  Knowledge of IT Operations concepts such as incident/problem management, change management, knowledge management, centralized configuration management database, escalation procedures, and root cause analysis.
• Experience as an administrating Azure AD, Exchange (Online), SharePoint (online), Teams Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
•  Evaluating and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects.
• Willing to frequently travel (or relocate) to the east coast to support the upcoming site (realistic in 1-2 years)
• Establish and maintain positive, and effective working relationships with those contacted in the performance of work.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR TO JOIN OUR FAMILY?

•   Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related fields.
•  4 years of experience in Administration
• Support with Microsoft/ Microsoft Office 365 as well as local networks and server technologies
•  Two or more of the following (or similar) certifications are preferred: MCSE – Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer MSCA – Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator CCNP – Cisco Certified Network Professional CompTIA A+ CompTIA Network+ CompTIA Server+

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

•  Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
