Assistant Production Manager - Night Shift

YOUR ROLE IN THE FAMILY:

  • Maintains a safe and secure work environment, including correcting unsafe acts/conditions
  • Functional and disciplinary responsibility for assigned employees
  • Schedules production plans and planning of staff assignments
  • Monitors process engineering, including maintenance
  • Ensures timely filling of beverages in appropriate quality and efficiency
  • Owns training and development of shift leads, team members, and supporting functions
  • Complies with relevant regulations for employee safety and hygiene
  • Requests and coordinates primary materials
  • Monitors production with a focus on process engineering
  • Supports the maintenance department regarding notification of technical defects and spare parts orders
  • Reports errors of quality deviations regarding packaging materials, equipment, down-time and finished goods
  • Monitors and controls the use of goods (mixer operation, foil use, control of material stock and tracking of material use via scanner)
  • Collaborates with Quality department in the implementation of quality policy and targets
  • Utilizes industry best practices, techniques, and standards
  • Monitors progress and adjusts as needed
  • Performs risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establishes and maintains an employee relations climate of trust and confidence, promoting achievement of plant objectives
  • DDQA (Data Driven Quality Assurance) Key User

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR TO JOIN OUR FAMILY?

  • 3-5 years of relevant beverage production experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Business management system (SAP) experience
  • 2+ years management experience
