YOUR ROLE IN THE FAMILY:

• Cleans floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming; operate industrial floor scrubbers         
• Cleans production equipment by sweeping mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming; operate industrial dry ice cleaning equipment, grease, lubricate and oiling equipment after cleaning task as well        
• Responsibility to order dry ice on time, store dry ice accurate         
• Cleaning tools, machine parts with an ultra-sonic equipment, specifically doing major production line overhauls         
• Responsibility to work very close with production management to develop cleaning schedule for production equipment in alignment with Facility Manager        
• Responsibility to work with suppliers to maintain cleaning equipment accurate        
• Disposes of trash and other wastes according to environmental regulations and methods        
• Sanitizes and disinfects surfaces and equipment.       
• Maintains the cleanliness and safety of production areas     
• Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures       
• Notifies manager concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems         
• Requisitions supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties        
• Cleans safety guards using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees         
• Mixes water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications         
• Drives vehicles required to perform or travel to cleaning work, including industrial vacuum cleaners and lifts         
• Other duties assigned by Management         
• Ensure work orders and Labor hours are accurate added into the SAP system         
• Other duties as assigned

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR TO JOIN OUR FAMILY?

• Two years of related job experience       
• SAP, Excel, experience preferred        
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance – able to perform routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what type of maintenance is needed         
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance         
• Understands occupational hazard safety rules
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively between employees and Shift Lead       
• Follow workplace health and safety rules (e.g., PPE, SDS, reporting incidents)        
• Ability to use and maintain tools and equipment for job tasks        
• Capable to work alone or in a team setting        
• Ability to review daily job tasks and follow up with manager when tasks are completed       
• Able to follow instructions        
• Capable of working outside in varying conditions (e.g., HEAT, COLD, RAIN, WIND, ECT.)         
• Able to work with a variety of chemicals and cleaners        
• Ability to operate a dry ice machine, floor scrubber and ultra sonic cleaning equipment (training will be provided)

• Works in a manufacturing environment
• While performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to: talk, hear, reach with hands and arms, grasp, pick, lift, stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions. The employee must frequently lift and /or move 50 pounds. The employee is required to have visual acuity to perform an activity such as operate production machines where the seeing job is at or within arm’s reach
• This position is exposed to occupational hazards, including but not limited to high noise levels, physical obstacles, exposure to chemicals, etc.
• Must wear appropriate safety glasses, hearing protection, clothing, and footwear in appropriate areas and follow safety practices
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Work Night Shift 4 on 4 off schedule
