YOUR ROLE IN THE FAMILY:

• Establish and implement standards for seamer setup, routine maintenance, and repairs to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Review deviations from inspections performed by operators, ensuring compliance with quality standards and recommending corrective actions.
• Actively engage with the TAG Team, ensuring alignment with HQ guidelines, sharing insights, and integrating best practices into local operations.
• Provide in-depth technical support to the maintenance team, troubleshooting and resolving complex seamer-related and can inspection unit issues promptly
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for seamers and can inspection units to reduce unplanned downtime and extend equipment life.
• Train and mentor other maintenance technicians on seamer and can inspection unit -related issues, techniques, and technologies to elevate the team's overall technical expertise.
• Maintain detailed records of all seamer maintenance, repairs, and upgrades, ensuring accurate documentation for compliance and future reference.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement within seamer and can inspection unit processes, proposing innovative solutions and upgrades to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversees calibration and inspection of maintenance equipment
• Other duties as assigned

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR TO JOIN OUR FAMILY?

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance within a high-speed manufacturing or bottling environment.
• Technical degree or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of seamer operations, setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, with the ability to quickly identify and address complex technical issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems related to seamers, including the can inspection units.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments, including quality control, engineering, and management.
• Experience in providing technical guidance and support to maintenance teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• High attention to detail in both the operational aspects of seamer performance and the accuracy of maintenance records and reports.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and practices, ensuring compliance with all workplace safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, adapt to changes, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical faults in seamers, can inspection units and related equipment to seamer.
• Experience in managing technical projects and overseeing installations or upgrades to seamer equipment, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with bottling production lines and equipment, especially seamers, can inspection units and related machinery (KHS and Krones).
• Certification in industrial maintenance or relevant technical certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, TPM, etc.) is a plus.
